Shailendra Kumar Jain

Shailendra did his BDS from India in 1980. After completing his BDS he served in Indian Army for five years. He practiced for 16 years as a private dental practitioner in India before coming to New Zealand in 2006. Dentistry has always been his passion. He keeps on updating his knowledge about the latest advancements in Dentistry and brings them in practice too.His passion towards dentistry led him to providing advanced dental treatments like Orthodontic treatment (Fixed Braces), Implants and Full mouth reconstruction very successfully, being a general dentist. He firmly believes in "Prevention is better than Cure." He always likes to inform his patients about their treatment options with the risks & complications involved.

He is married to Kusum, who is working as Practice Manager in his Tauranga practice ‘Complete Dental Care’. They have two lovely daughters.

Hi, I’m Amber! I was born in Malaysia and graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (Distinction). I am dedicated in providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing genuine connections and a thorough understanding of each individual’s unique needs and experiences. With a conservative and preventive approach to dentistry, I place a great importance on patient education, to empower individuals to take charge of their oral health and thereby minimizing the need for extensive treatments in the future. I hope to make my patients feel well-informed, confident, and fully supported throughout their dental journey. 😊 Outside the clinic, I fill my time by staying active and spending quality time with my loved ones. You might also find me at the badminton court or at the gym around the corner.
